Home organisation

 

The scope of this service can range from de-cluttering, re-organising and optimization of space in any area of your home. We will coach you in systems that will aid in keeping your things organised and in turn can save you time and money. I will bring order to your chaos! Any size project can be accommodated.

Hourly – minimum 3 hours

  • First organiser – S$ 90 ph (1 person at one session)

  • Second organiser – S$ 50 (2 people at one session)

Moving assistance

 

From assistance with packing / unpacking to completing the whole process for you if you need to be working or are travelling. Let us help you quickly transform your new house into a comfortable, inviting home by unpacking the moving boxes for you, arranging the furniture and setting up your new home in an organised manner so that you can get back to your normal routine as soon as possible.

 

Imagine walking through the front door of your new home to find the boxes unpacked and your belongings beautifully organised. Alternatively you may just need an extra pair of hands if you are managing the move by yourself and we can achieve the same outcomes.

Lifecycle Management

 

Maintenance sessions can be applied to any areas of the home that has been previously organised by Sorted, to ensure what has been implemented is working and to help you stay Sorted.  

 

Sorted can work without you being present during these sessions if you need to be at work or are travelling.

 

Maintenance – to be paid in full when booked

3 hours every 3 months/4 times – S$ 1.026.00/year (5% discount)

3 hours every 2 months/6 times – S$ 1,458.00/year (10% discount)

Memory Boxes

 

Keeping school papers organised can be an overwhelming task, particularly if you do not have a system to follow. To help you stay on top of things I offer a service where I will supply and set up an organised file box for each of your children. Each box is personalised with your child’s name and will have 20 labelled suspension files ranging from birth up to 18 years old. It even has a place for school reports and awards received.

There are two options: DIY Memory Box or Completed Memory Box

 

DIY Personalised Memory box = $88 [to be collected, or $25 delivery charge]
You receive the box with files labelled and ready for you to organise your child's memories. 

 

Completed Personalised Memory Box = from $188 [free delivery]

Let me do it for you – I will sort and file your child’s Schoolwork and precious artwork. Two or more boxes will take longer and will be charged at the normal hourly rate.

 

Please allow up to two weeks from the date of orders placed!

Cancellation Policy

As these sessions are typically booked in advance and can rarely be replaced with another client all sessions will incur a 50% charge of that sessions fees if cancelled within 24 hours of the session starting. Cancellations made less than 1 hour on the day will incur 100% fee payable. This allows me to provide the best service to all my clients and accommodate each session request.

Convenience fee

Primarily I will always look to re-use any existing assets you have and can augment them with new ideas and storage solutions. I can provide or advise you on items that can be purchased to help with the final outcome. 

All products sourced and provided by Sorted will incur a 20% convenience fee on the purchase price.

Payment

All Services will be invoiced on the day services are used and this will be emailed to you. Payment to be made within 7 days. All Packages are to be paid upfront or at the first session booked. We accept cash, cheque or bank transfer and please note that if transferring to an overseas account the transfer fees are the responsibility of the client.
